All the items we sell are new and unused. Most come direct from the Manufacturer and carry a full Manufacturers Warranty. This is normally  for 12 months from the date of purchase. Exceptions will be noted on the item page. In the event of a problem please inform us by email and we will agree a return. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced as appropriate. This may involve returning the item to the Manufacturer but wherever possible we will deal with the problem ourselves immediately.
